Application of Nonlinearity Fitting Order Analysis Arithmetic in Nonstationary Signals Analysis
In order to solve vibration signals inaccurate character in gearbox during nonstationary course with traditional computed order analysis, the computed order analysis is improved and the nonlinearity fitting order analysis method is explored. Firstly, the nonstationary vibration signals in the gearbox are sampled at constant time increments in timedomain and then the data are resampled with nonlinearity fitting order analysis arithmetic. The data at constant angle increments in angle-domain are obtained Therefore, the instantaneously signals in time-domain is changed into pseudo-stationary ones in angle-domain. At last, the signals in angle-domain are analyzed and the nonlinearity fitting order spectrum is obtained. The outcome shows that the precision of the data resampled has been enhanced with nonlinearity fitting order analysis than with the traditional computed order analysis. The nonstationary signals in time-domain are translated into pseudo-stationary ones in angle-domain. It is trenchancy supplement for traditional computed order analysis and has more amplitude appliance foreground.
