Effect of Condensed Tannin Eztracted from Corylus Heterophylla on the Quality and Nutritive Value of Alfalfa Silage
This research was conducted to determine the effect of condensed tannin (CT) on the quality of fermentation and nutritive value of Demark alfalfa. During the ensiling, the production of NH3-N and NDF decreased while the concentration of lactic acid in increased apparently as the CT was added.
