Assessment of Urban Ecosystem Health in Chongqing Based on the Entropy and Gray Correlation Method
From the view of ecosystem health, focused on the specificity of urban ecosystem, the paper has formulated the health evaluation index system of urban ecosystem, including nature, economy and society. This index system analyses ecosystem factors with Entropy-weighing and Gray Correlation. Comprehensive health based on time series was obtained with the results of those factors. The result of 2000 to 2007 indicates that, the ecosystem health of Chongqing presented the trend of escalation, but health value was relatively low (<0.7). There is still a very big disparity between health of the system and the goal expected value.
