Hierarchy and Fuzzy Synthesis Approach for Evaluating the State of Environment and Resource: a Case of China
Environment and resource can be taken as a whole system influenced by various factors. This paper proposes an integrated indicator framework for monitoring natural resource and environment, which includes three dimensions of natural resource, ecological quality and environmental pollution. And combining analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy synthesis method, a fuzzy assessment model is applied to evaluate the state of environment and resource in China. Finally, some conclusions and suggestions are given.
