Study on Dust Filtration Resistance about Wet Fibre Layer
In this article, on the basic of assumption that cleaning fluid (water) evenly distributes on the surface of fibre, the physical quantity of equivalent diameter was proposed, then a new theoretical model of dust filtration resistance about wet fibre layer was established and the theoretical equation of filtration resistance was deduced, all of the above conditions caused theoretical study on dust filtration resistance about wet fibre layer into possible. Based on these, through simulation experiments, essential similar correction was carried on the theoretical equation, and finally a semi-theoretical and semi-empirical equation was obtained, which can be applied to practice. The corrected equation has practical significance for the design of filter and parameters optimization of dust filtration about wet fibre layer.
