BP Matriz Model Utilized for Grade Evaluation of Oil Spill Accidents

The magnitude of the oil spill accidents is subject to the treatment method. BP matrix model utilized for grade evaluation of oil spill accidents in Chongqing section of the Three Gorges reservoir area has been established using the neural network toolbox of MATLAB, which can create training samples at random according to threaten degree of the oil spill accident to achieve better net application, and the optimum function for the model has been determined to be traingdx by comparing distinct results coming from different training functions. The hidden layer nodes have been confirmed to be 16 with the application of optimal algorithm based on golden section. The model after simulation training could be utilized so well for grade evaluation of oil spill accidents in the Three Gorges reservoir area, providing effective basis for oil spill accident treatment.
