Applied Research of Porous Ceramic Micro-filtration Membrane in Treatment of Landfill Leachate
The landfill leachate was treated by porous ceramic micro-filtration membrane, and the effects of flux of membrane in different technological conditions were investigated. The research results indicated that the flux of membrane increases along with the increment of pressure and temperature. The suitable service pressure and the temperature could be set to 0.2-0.3 MPa and 50 ℃ separately. The influence of changing pH to remove the rate of COD and conductivity is very small. When pH increased, the flux of membrane reduces. The suitable scope of pH of landfill leachate should be 5-6. The initial flux of membrane depressed quickly, dorpping to 22.0 L/(m2·h) after 45 min and stabilizing basically in 20-21 L/(m2·h) after 120min. Using the frequency conversion velocity modulation technology, we could obtain the optimum velocity parameter and enhance the efficiency of the micro-filtration system. The flux of membrane could be restored to 94 % of the flux of the new membrane by the union of alkali washing and acid pickling.
