Synthesis and Application of Water-soluble Polyaniline
In this paper, aniline and its derivatives are used to synthesize water-soluble polyaniline copolymer. Through changing the proportion of aniline derivatives, monomer concentration, oxidant concentration and temperature, the optimization condition during the preparation of water-soluble polyaniline were carried out by weight loss. The inhibitive performances of water-soluble polyaniline were tested by weight loss and the inhibition efficiency can reach 87.3% when the dosage of water-soluble polyaniline was 3% in 10% HCl solution; the corrosion mechanism of water-soluble polyaniline was studied through electrochemical.
