Investigation on Waste Disposal of Several Typical Construction Projects
Based on investigation on waste disposal of several typical construction projects, the project differences were analyzed on the waste amount and components, and the components and the proportions of construction wastes were related to the structure types, the construction ages, local customs, resources and economic level, etc. The increasing environmental impact of construction wastes was discussed in following aspects: wasting land, damaging city appearance, polluting soil, water and atmosphere. The environmental impact of construction wastes is permanent and accumulated, and the components are increasing diversified, so, the secondary contaminations are also increasing severe. The disposal advices were given on the aspects of reducing, resources and eco-friendship of construction wastes. The necessary measures are following: enhancing urban planning and building design level, utilizing environment friendly materials and construction technology and increasing disposal and recycling rates of construction wastes.
