Chinas Regional Elements Flow and the Perfection Regional Function

摘要：

This paper,through briefly reviewing the history of Chinas regional elements flow since 1978,points out policy stimulations key role on regional elements flow.While analyzing local governmentsstrategies from the perspective of both regions spreading elements and regions receiving elements,this paper also discusses the great challenges brought by this pattern of flow,on coordinating regional development and improving regional function.
