Harry Potter and Globalization：Deconstruction on Mass Medias Function and Its Revelation for Interregional Development
The irresistible rise of Harry Potter reveals that it has a particular trajectory or logic resulting in an increased uniformity or homogeneity across the globe,whose triumph subsequently creates the cosmopolitanism in transnational spheres or cultural ideologies under the interplay between mass mediahyping and the psychological sympathies stirred up during reading.Now its become not merely a cultural but also a social economic phenomenon. Thus,by the extension of our researching perspective to a wider scope,the paper first would discuss Hyping,the magical fuction of mass media,and then,by giving insight into its texts,theoretically based on the literatures social functions,we could obtain some perceptions about what is beneficial for inter-regional cooperation and sustainable development,combined with projecting its feasibility on concrete cases in the global context.
