Research on the Trust and Cooperation Labor Relation in Financial Crisis
The enterprises of our country presented a series of phenomena during the financial crisis such as reducing the staff and cutting the salary on a large scale,which cause great obstacle to the stability of labor relations.Labor-capital relations in current society develop from confrontation to cooperation step by step. China has proposed social development goal to establish harmonious labor relations,and identifying the trust and cooperation principle in labor relations is essential to achieve this goal. Among the social association theory,social partnership theory,and stakeholder theory,there are theoretical foundations for the trust and cooperation principle. To introduce this principle in the relation of working in China,trust and cooperation mechanism should be set up accordingly.
