摘要：

Under the influence of financial crisis,foreign banks in China have adjusted the mode of expansion.In this article,the author inquired into the basic situation and main features of foreign banks in china in order to search for the ideal route which suit for developing Chinese banks aboard under the influence of financial crisis.
