Impact of Financial Crisis on Employment of University Graduates and the Countermeasures
University expansion policies in our country have highlighted the issue of employment of university graduates,and the global financial crisis has made the problem more serious. The employments of graduates have demonstrated the characteristics of mass,highly concentration,as well as timeliness,which make the employment problem remarkable and pretty difficult to solve. The impact of financial crisis on employment of university graduates can be viewed from two aspects,the influence of anticipation of graduate and the employment rate in some industry and department. Therefore,in this thesis,some shortterm strategies like adopting determined and reasonable anticipation of employment,establishing swift and accurate and unblocked mechanism to ensure employment information,and taking provisional measures to ease employment pressure,and some other long-term strategies like improving the graduate employment market system,strengthening the legal environment construction of graduate employment market and developing the self-employed environment are promoted.
