On Building up the Guidance and Evaluation System of College StudentsEmployment in Time of Financial Crisis

摘要：

When financial crisis strikes the whole world,college students employment has become very prominent.It has become hot issue of social concern.It is also a very important indicator of the quality of higher education. The institutions of higher learning should build up a set of scientific and rational employment guidance and evaluation systems.Centered on this point,this paper offers several suggestions on notions,specific guidance process,guidance team and the construction of evaluation model and clarifies its significance.
