Research on Strategy of Shaanzi Cultural Industry

摘要：

Shaanxi province is strong in cultural resources,but weak in cultural industry,the key point of which is the lack of big ideas and strategic development framework.Shaanxi cuhural industry should adapt to the new situation and adjust development strategies and models,actively building development strategies of different sectors,focusing on cultivating the culture industry in technology,capital and human resources strategy etc.
