MEETING USER THROUGHPUT REQUIREMENTS IN WLAN ACCESS NETWORKS
Guaranteeing a required throughput for a given user in the widely deployed 802.11 WLAN access networks is very important to network operators. A simple queue management mechanism is proposed to satisfy differential user throughput requirements in WLAN access networks. Simulation studies demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
