RESEARCH ON PRIVACY-PRESERVING PROBLEM FOR DATA-SHARING IN IDS
Rules database sharing can improve the rate of intrusion detection, but the privacy-preserving problem must be considered. We present a string pattern matching protocol with privacy-preserving based on the security two-party computation, and its correctness and security also are analyzed. And this protocol can solve the problem for datasharing for collaborative intrusion detection.
