AN IMPROVED WEIGHTED CLUSTERING ALGORITHM FOR MOBILE AD HOC NETWORK

摘要：

To overcome the disadvantages of the Weighted Clustering Algorithm, an improved Weighted Clustering Algorithm is presented in this paper. For the improved algorithm, two algorithms, Mobility based metric for clustering and Weighted Clustering Algorithm, have been combined to bring forward the improved algorithm Mobility-Weighted Clustering Algorithm. The simulation results show that Mobility-Weighted Clustering Algorithm can also achieve the same results as Weighted Clustering Algorithm in the absence of Global Positioning System circumstances.
