STUDY OF TEMPLATE-BASED SERVICE CREATION IN NGN

摘要：

To develop services of NGN rapidly and effectively, we present a template-based service creation approach. The service template is a customized service skeleton pre-defined by domain experts, which reuses the common service processes. The developer only needs to configure service parameters to create a service. In this paper, we first give an overview of the template-based development. Next, we state our design principles ， definition of Service Template Description Language (STDL) which provides the skeleton of service and the extension point by which service templates can create different services. Finally, we classify service creation approaches to four categories to compare their advantages and disadvantages and introduce some work related to service template.
