SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF HYPERBRANCHED POLYMER MADE FROM MULTIACRYLOYL SUBSTITUTED β-CDS AND PEG-NH2
Hyperbranched polymers engage many polymer researchers attention for their unique physical and chemical properties 1,2. Cyclodextrins (CDs) have been well investigated due to their well defined cavity structures and abilities to embrace various molecule guests and enhance their solubility 3. Recently, there has been great interest in the utility of hyperbranched polymer4 and CDs as a drug release carrier. We have combined PEG-NH2 with multi acryloyl substituted β-CDs (MACD) and prepared βCDs-based hyperbranched polymers.
