CRYSTALLIZATION AND MORPHOLOGY OF A NOVEL CO-BRUSH POLYMERS
It is now generally accepted that linear macromolecules crystallize as thin lamellae with chain folding. Crystalline morphology, crystalline pattern and crystallization kinetics of linear crystalline polymers have been deeply investigated and the effects of molecular weight, PDI, end groups, components and temperature have been explored.1 Recently, many novel polymers with various architecture, such as multi-block copolymers, dendrimers, grafted polymers and hybrid polymers, have been obtained using newly emerging synthesis methods, like ATRP,2 RAFT,3 TEMPO,4 click chemistry5 etc. However, studies on morphology and crystallization behavior are relatively limited.
