STUDY ON CONCRETE FRAMEWORK MODEL BASED ON MORTAR RATIO DEVIATION
Coarse aggregate is an important part in concrete. Concrete consists of three phases including coarse aggregate, mortar and transition layer between coarse aggregate and mortar, according to concrete framework theory. Concrete framework was represented, and definitions of standard concrete and mortar ratio deviation were proposed in this paper. Compressive of standard concrete in different ages and strength equation between standard concrete and cement mortar strength were obtained. Framework effect of coarse aggregate was researched from mortar ratio deviation with literature review, math model was established, and the influence of different coarse aggregates for concrete strength and workability was studied. It was concluded that there was a good correlation between strength and mortar ratio deviation, and mortar ratio deviation is an important parameter to research concrete framework theory.
