QUALITY EVALUATION OF RECYCLED CONCRETE AGGREGATE
Evaluating for quality of recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) is crucial for applying them to concrete structural engineering in reason. After four indices on bulk specific density, water absorption, Los Angeles abrasion loss and amount of adhered mortar were adopted, RCA was partitioned into four fuzzy quality classes including class l(V1), class 2(V2) and class 3(V3), which corresponded to high, eligible, and bad, respectively. And fuzzy multilevel synthesis evaluation was carried out on quality class. Results show that the evaluation method is objective and reliable, and is a good guide for quality evaluation of RCA.
