INVESTIGATION OF DURABILITY OF RPC WITH LARGE AMOUNT OF FINE MINERAL MIXTURE
The best mix design of reactive power concrete (RPC), which could be obtained by means of replacing cement of traditional RPC with large amount of fine mineral mixture partly in equality, is chosen as a main material of investigation in present research. Then, the durability of the RPC would be studied according to the experimental results such as carbonization resistance, steel fiber corrosion, chloride permeation etc. The research presents that the performances of RPC could not only meet the need of strength in practical engineering, but also have such best properties as withstanding concrete carbonization resistance, steel fiber corrosion and chloride permeation. At the same time, it is discovered that the RPC with best mix design could reach at much super high strength under special curing conditions (whose value of compression limit would be over 150 MPa) as well as above properties. All these show that the RPC with large amount of fine mineral mixture not only has its potential for engineering practice, but also exploits much extensive fields of RPC application.
