THEORY AND PRACTICE OF GREEN RESIDENTIAL PLOT CONSTRUCTION IN GUANGDONG PROVINCE
Based on the idea of sustainable development, this paper summarizes an assessment system of green residential plots for the real estate industry in Guangdong province to face on the robust national development of architectural and real estate. The assessment system has referred to other theories and practice in China and abroad. The achievement of the Real Estate Association of Guangdong Province is evidenced as a good experience in the field by its application for more than 6 years. And also, the construction of green residential plots for the real estate industry in Guangdong province has put sound foundation. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for the improvement of green residential plots construction in the future.
