RESEARCH ON SEISMIC PERFORMANCES OF CFST FRAME-RC CORE WALL STRUCTURE WITH DISSIPATED DEVICES
In China, CFST frame structures are often mixed with RC shear walls to form a high-rise building system. However, there is still not sufficient information on the seismic design of this type of mixed structural system and little research on the seismic performances of CFST frame-RC core wall structure with dissipated devices. Based on the energy dissipation technology, this paper presents the elastic time-histories analysis for CFST frame-RC core wall structure and CFST frame-RC core wall structure with dissipated devices, then the energy dissipation, storey drifts, and internal forces of CFST column and shear wall were compared and analyzed. It was found that the CFST frame with dissipated devices cooperated well with the RC shear wall under earthquakes, and this type of structure exhibited excellent seismic performances.
