Paper Paper’s Title Maintenance Education and elearning in the US
Maintenance Technology continues to move forward. It includes new equipment, tools, materials, and processes. Maintenance Education brings to mind the power outage that occurred across Los Angeles in 2005. An error by a utility worker caused a massive power outage across Los Angeles. A spokesman for Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa said that the power failure was caused by an employee who accidentally cut a power cable, which caused three of the citys generating stations to shut down (VOA News, 2005).
