Managerial innovation to meet new challenges of Maintenance
Summarizing the views expressed here, we can say we are sailing in the midst of a financial and economic crisis. In order to mitigate its impact on our organizations, we tried to reach our objectives with innovative, smart and bold actions. But we must bear in mind that the tsunamis will become increasingly frequent, which will remove with your strength to those companies that had not been prepared taking proactive measures and being always ready to face the adverse winds. And as the organizations depend of the human endeavors, is then and only then in the creation and enhancement of human capital that will find the key to success. The strategists, managers and leaders at all levels of the organization must have the ability to recognize the character of the employees of the new generations. Just as to have the vision to find appropriate ways to guide them toward transcendent motivations, which will make them give their best effort, attitude and commitment to sustain the firm in adversity.
