Maintenance Strategies for Full-automatic Burner of Heating Furnace for Oilfield Based on Reliable Engineering
The full-automatic burner used in the oilfield in recent years has been widely applied in the heating furnace such as water mixing, outward transportation and heating in the oilfield. Compared with the traditional simple burner, the full-automatic burner has the functions including automatic ignition, automatic blowing and automatic flameout protection and improves the operating conditions of the employees. However, the control procedure and protection mechanism of the fullautomatic burner enjoy high technology, it is very troublesome to remove the problems in the event of a fault and the safe operation of the equipment will be greatly influenced. Through the analysis on the operation procedure and the maintenances and uses of the full-automatic burner, the maintenance strategies for the full-automatic burner are put forward in this paper to provide convenience for production management and improving the operation reliability of the full-automatic burner.
