ENHANCING THE TEACHING CAPACITY AND BUILDING THE EXPAND MODULES FOR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TEACHING STAFF IN NETWORK CONDITION
With the rapid development of vocational education, the construction of vocational education teaching staff has become a key to the development of vocational education.Aiming at the existing problems in the current vocational education teachers training, this paper analyzes the needs for enhancing the teaching capacity and its expand connotation,explores the basic ways and demonstrates its advantages from the aspects of construction of training modules, the role of new technologies and new methods in the teaching training for teachers teaching capacity.
