COMPREHENSIVE FACULTY EVALUATION SYSTEM

evaluating indicator architecture of Comprehensive faculty evaluation system is constructed.The evaluating indicator adopts hierarchical,weighting and multiple evaluation technology.It pays attention not only to establishing indicators of teachers professional development and the principle of consistent in personal development, discipline development and school development,but also to teaching objectives and teaching practical situation of universities. Evaluating indicator system respects objective fact, provides the leverage in the process of teaching evaluation and improves teaching quality and personal development of teachers.We use the fuzzy hierarchical approach and.NET to implement all functions.
