MORPHOLOGICAL IMAGE PROCESSING IN PRODUCT QUALITY INSPECTION
In recent years, the strong evolution in automation, the significant advantage has been taken by ceramic industries.All production phases have been addressed through various technical innovations,with the exception of the final stage of the manufacturing process.Mostly, manufacturers have to apply artificial quality inspection at the final stage.It is labor intensive,slow and subjective. This paper propose an approach of automatic quality inspection for ceramic product,system schematic and method are proposed, and it can easily implement in hardware system. Experiments in lab have been done to test the method.
