NON-CONTACT MOISTURE/GAS CONTENT OF CRUDE OIL MEASUREMENT SYSTEM DESIGN USING F-RAYS
Accurate measurement of moisture/gas content in crude oil is very important.The result of the measurement is a parameter of oil production.This paper describes a system that can complete this measurement.The system introduced in this paper is the use of scattering principle of γ-rays.Single-chip is used for photon counting and the final results by calculating.Measuring principle, measurement circuits and program flow of the system are introduced in this article.This design is a comprehensive application of nuclear technology,electronics and computer technology.It solves high cost shortcoming of the moisture analyzer on the market.And experiments show that this system can realize on-line continuous and accurate measurement,so it can be widely applied to the measurement of crude oil.
