ON VISION-BASED ORIENTATION DETECTION METHOD OF RIGID-BODY
In order to satisfy the orientation requirements of rigid-body work piece and cutting tool posture location detection in industry, this paper proposes a binocular vision detection technique based on setting up sign marks in the spatial location to extract rigid-body information and analyzing mark point influence on rigid-body posture. Simulation analysis and experiment results show that three sign marker error is between 0 and 3 mm,pose maximum error is 0.32 degree.The theoretical algorithm is valid to reduce marker posture error impact on work piece posture,so this technique laid a theoretical and experimental foundation for orientation of the rigid-body.
