A WIRELESS SOLUTION OF MACHINING PROCESS MONITORING SYSTEM BASED ON WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
With the rapid development of wireless technologies, it is possible for precision manufacturing equipped with wireless networks.This paper presents a wireless monitoring and control networks system for machining process according to the characteristic of precision manufacturing.The system establishes a wireless networks to transmit the sensor data and machining control signals based on Zigbee and GPRS.In the current study,we discuss some problems about the architecture of system, the structure of hardware and the framework of software.
