BUILDING INTELLIGENT VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDRENS SAFETY EDUCATION

摘要：

Childrens traffic safety education is a meaningful task in our society,most of the current videos and 2D cartoons for safety education are not interactive, how to use virtual reality in childrens safety education is an interesting topic.An intelligent virtual environment includes intelligent virtual characters,Web3d based intelligent virtual environment is useful for online childrens learning. An intelligent virtual environment of traffic is built, and it includes a 3D virtual traffic scene and virtual characters. Users can control a 3d avatars movements in the virtual environment, and a virtual tutor can demonstrate and tell how to walk by traffic rulers.The navigation method of virtual tutor is presented,realization of the virtual tutors facial expression is also introduced.
