Nowadays information technology has become an important driving force for the worlds economic and social development, and information industry has become a strategic,basic and guiding pillar industry for the development of national economy.In order to optimize the development space and promote the key cities and advantage industries,we should thoroughly apply the scientific outlook on development and accelerate the development of information industry and information technology. It would also meet the objective requirements of constructing innovative cities and achieving the three major development goals in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. All the initiatives have great significance on the economic development of Zhejiang province.
