ON INTEREST MECHANISM OF ENTERPRISE-SCHOOL-RESEARCH PARTNERSHIP IN SOFTWARE VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS

摘要：

This paper takes software category vocational schools as a study carrier.A series of surveys are conducted to explore the current situation of Enterprise-School-Research mechanism and analysis of the existence of conflicts of interest trying to find out the cause of constraints on enterprise-school-research further development in vocational schools.Based on the surveys and analysis,fulcrum for the balance of interests of all parties is found so that the authors put forth some principles and suggestions to sole interest conflicts for the purpose of building up a new mechanism of mutual benefit and mutual win for enterprise-school-research to realize win-win-win for school-enterprise-govemment.
