A FRAMEWORK OF ANALYTICAL CRM BASED ON DATA MINING
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is getting more and more a key strategy for companies big and small.Data mining has emerged as an effective method for companies to build and manage relationships with customers. In this paper,we present the design of a framework of analytical CRM that attempts to bridge the differences between the Web, the data mining algorithms and the constellation of data mining technologies.
