UTILIZING VGS TECHNOLOGY TO DEVELOP CAMPUS NET AND TO SET UP VIRTUAL TEACHING ENVIRONMENT

Campus net has been set up in many universities and colleges.But it is not yet developed and utilized thoroughly.It is necessary to set up unfolded virtual teaching environment (VTE) by utilizing campus net.VTE has lost of advantages in many spheres.It is convenient, speedy,rich in contents and profitable to raise teaching quality for teachers and study effects for students.Using VGS technology to set up VTE is quickly,cheap and highly effective. The utilization of Virtual Gird System(VGS) can establish four main blocks: basic Website block, block of teaching and other connected resources,block for teachers and students activities and block for teaching estimating.In this way, unfolded virtual teaching environment,which includes fictitious science and technology museum of new ideas,selected network teaching system,digital library, co-operating surroundings between students and campus culture showing,is fully realized.
