Decision making of Logistics Project Basing on Unascertained Theory and Fuzzy Method
Study on logistics project risk will give helpful information for managers to make decision or manage risk. Therefore, it is meaningful to evaluate the logistics project risk. This paper gives evaluation indexes system of logistics risk firstly. Then combines the unascertained theory with fuzzy method, and gives the evaluation model of logistic project risk basing on unascertained theory and fuzzy method, firstly the risk probability and risk loss are given by using the unascertained theory and fuzzy method respectively, then the whole risk of logistics project is given according to the mean of risk. And the application of the comprehensive evaluation model is given, which combines the quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and the model is effective and system to evaluate risk, and is useful for managers to manage risk of logistic project.
