Simulation of Level-Ⅰ on Continuous Casting Secondary Cooling
The function of continuous casting Level-Ⅰ foundational automatization is analyzed to get the function of simulator system of Level-I. Based on this, simulator system of Level-Ⅰ fundamental automatization is established. The simulation data produced by simulation system is transferred to Level-Ⅱ through Ethernet to realize the data feedback. Simulator provides convenient condition for development of Level-Ⅱ control system. The model of continuous slabs casting solidification heat-transfer process in secondary cooling is established based on phase transforming with several elements of slabs solidification. Then the distributing of surface temperature is obtained. The temperature would be fed back to Level-Ⅱ control system.
