Air Conditioning System of a Comprehensive Thermal Test Station of Refrigerated Containers and Ezperimental Analysis
The development program of the air conditioning system of a comprehensive thermal test station which is applicable to 20-foot and 40-foot refrigerated containers on the basis of ATP Standards the Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Special Equipment to be Used for Such Carriage is elaborated in the paper. The development of the air conditioning system of the environment room in which the reefer containers thermal tests will be carried out is rather important, because the ATP Standards raised critical requirements on the air temperature, humidity and flow rate both inside and outside the container. The refrigeration system, air flow organization design, high precision control to some important parameters and selection of some main devices for the air conditioning system are introduced in the paper. By experimental analysis of abundant data acquired in the air tightness tests, heat leakage tests and heat performance tests, we fred that the thermal test station needs short time to achieve stable working condition and is characterized by reliable and steady operation performance and strong adaptive capability, which facilitates the acquisition of low working intensity, high working efficiency and precise test results. The conclusion can be obtained that the development of the air conditioning system of the thermal test station is reasonable, which satisfies not only GB and ISO Standards regarding to the test requirements of the refrigerated containers but also the stricter ATP Standards brought forward by European countries.
