Application Analysis of Self-Operated Dynamic Control Valve in a Heating System
Along with the reform of heat metering system, users have had self-regulating ability, therefore the operation of heating network have changed from constant flow system into variable flow system. In order to ensure stable and safe operation of heating network and improve the operation efficiency and heating quality of heating network, many kinds of adjustment and control devices are installed in most heating network. Automatic flow controlling valve and self-operated differential pressure valve are largely used in heating system due to dynamic property of self-operated dynamic control valve and their better meeting the requirement of heat metering system. Through theoretical analysis and computer simulation, this paper shows that proper control equipments should be installed in heating system, self-operated dynamic control valves can well meet the needs of dynamic regulation and self-operated differential pressure valve is good cooperation with the temperature control valve, at the same time it can improve the applying working condition of the temperature control valve.
