Ezperimental Study of the Performance of a Heat Recovery Heat-ezchanger

In this paper, heat recovery heat-exchanger is studied, the experiment uses separated type heat pipe as a heat recovery component. Heat pipe as a highly efficient heat transfer components has been widely recognized and applied in heat recovery device. Separated type heat pipe heat exchanger has many advantages, such as high heat transfer efficiency, unpowered elements, low heat transfer temperature difference, and cold and heat side heat exchanger can be installed separately. Experimental working liquid is refrigerant R22 which is a kind of common air-conditioning refrigerants. It is shown in experiment results that the different filling inventory lead to different heat transfer efficiency of separated type heat pipe heat exchanger, and evaporating section temperature have an impact on heat transfer efficiency of separated type heat pipe heat exchanger. Furthermore, the influence of evaporating section temperature, face velocity, filling inventory on heat recovery efficiency is analyzed based on experiment results.
