Draft Sensation under a Jet Nozzle Supply Air System in a Large Enclosure
Distribution of cool draft sensation under jet nozzle supply air system in large space in summer was analyzed in this paper; Temperature and velocity in human activity region were tested in summer experiment. CFD method was put forward to calculate indoor draft sensation. Simulations under the experiment boundary condition and different heights of nozzles were carried out to calculate temperature and velocity field and draft sensation distribution in human activity region. Finally, there was the minimal value of percent of dissatisfaction caused by cooling air and uniform temperature and velocity distribution as well as energy-saving in the condition of 5m nozzle.
