Indoor Thermal Environment and Energy Consumption of Dynamical Air Conditioning

The traditional control on indoor environment is to keep the constant temperature and humidity. Based on the negative effects of this mode and the new research trend on Green Indoor Thermal Environment, the new control mode for dynamic indoor thermal environment is presented here, which imitated the natural environment. With this conception, a new dynamic target curve was put forward to simulate the temperature-humidity variation of the air conditioning, which introduced the method to evaluate thermal comfort in dynamic indoor environment. Its indicated that dynamic air conditioning has remarkable effect on energy saving compared with the traditional steady control mode. The formula on energy saving ratio was also educed. Based on the theoretical and experimental study, the advantages of the approach in terms of applicability, correctness and practicality were illustrated.
