Study on the Indoor Thermal Environment of a University Classroom in the Tianjin Region
In order to study the indoor thermal environmental state in university classroom in Tianjin in transition season and summer, a field study investigation was carded out in the key teaching buildings in one university in Tianjin. A total of 180 subjective questionnaires were collected in the study to deal with the thermal sensation of participants in classroom in transition season and summer. The field measurement was performed to collect physical data of the indoor environment at the same time. It was used to summarize the indoor thermal environmental state and to analyze the thermal comfort by the predicted mean vote (PMV). The indoor thermal sensation of participants in classroom was contradistinctive and analyzed from objective and subjective two respects. Further DeST software was employed to imitate the temperature change in the classroom in all year based on the measured parameters. It is significant to acquire mastery of the specialty of indoor thermal environment and prove the correctness of field study. Then it is helpful to offer reference data and parallel bases for studying indoor thermal environmental state in each season. The conclusions are as follows: the indoor thermal environment state is accepted in transition season for participants. But in summer, it is not optimistic because the quality of indoor thermal environment is low and it is slightly uncomfortable for participants. It is necessary to put forward the measures to improve the indoor thermal environment in the classrooms.
