Air Treatment Process and Application of an Fresh Air Ezchanger
The flesh air ventilator is important equipment for indoor air conditioning; outdoor fresh air has a pre-cooling when it passes the spray-typeheat exchange reclaim equipment in summer. For evaporating cooling technology, water is used as a refrigerant in the process. Because it does not use CFCs, thereby atmospheric environment does not pollute. And it can be used directly with whole fresh air in a new style. The principle and performance characteristic of the spray-typefresh air ventilator is analyzed. New air handling process is introduced combined with various practical air-conditioning system and equipment. Energy saving of air handling process is discussed. The suited meteorological conditions are given out of the fresh air exchanger in buildings. The study results show that the spray-type and heat-reclaim-type fresh air exchanger can be energy saving and reduce indoor air pollution of modem buildings, improve indoor work and living environment. The result can provide basic principle and referenced data for product improvement and air-conditioning system design.
